Plan the formats together

A main film for the hotel. Shorter edits for the channels around it.

Before filming, we define where each edit will run and which spaces, experiences and people need to appear. The same shoot can then provide coherent material for the main film, campaign cutdowns and vertical clips without treating each format as a separate production.

Hotel film · WEISSENHAUS

The stay in motion, from the Baltic coast to the spa.

The film connects the Baltic setting with the resort’s historic buildings, suites, restaurants and wellness spaces. It formed part of a combined photography and film production across two assignments in 2024 and 2025.

Vertical film · Breidenbacher Hof

Rooms, materials and details for the mobile feed.

Hotel video production questions

The points to settle before a hotel film, drone shoot or social video production begins.

What should a hotel video production brief include?

Set the audience, channels, required film lengths, priority spaces, schedule and launch dates. Access, guests or talent, releases, drone permissions, music, review points and delivery formats are also agreed before production.

Can one production create a hotel film and social reels?

Yes, when both are planned from the start. The main film, shorter edits and vertical clips can share one visual direction while being shot and cut for the channels that will use them.

Can drone and FPV filming be included?

Drone or FPV filming can be included when the location, weather, permissions and safety requirements allow it. Whether it adds something useful to the story is decided before the shoot.

How are music, people and usage rights handled?

Music licensing, model or talent releases, property rights and intended usage are set out in the proposal and production scope. Third-party rights remain subject to their individual licences and releases.

How are the films delivered?

The scope defines review points, final edits, aspect ratios, resolutions and file naming. An organised b-roll library grouped by place, area or theme can also be included when required.
